Paula's Story
My journey into leadership development did not begin in a classroom, but in the messy reality of organizational life. I watched talented people struggle not because they lacked ability, but because they didn't understand their natural giftedness or how to leverage it effectively.
This observation sparked a question that has shaped my career: How do we help leaders develop in ways that are both authentic to who they are and effective in creating organizational impact?
My doctoral research explores this question through the lens of leadership identity, natural giftedness, talent development, and organizational design. I'm particularly interested in how leaders can integrate their personal values, spiritual formation, and professional development into a coherent leadership approach.
Through my blog, podcast, and leadership tools, I share insights from both research and practice. My goal is to make leadership development accessible, practical, and transformative for leaders at all levels.
